It’s going to be very hot next week. 30-40 everyday, lows of 25 at best. I’m sitting at the table just finishing the portion of what I am sharing during our time at camp (Gideon! Hebrews 11:1, 32-34) and I’m getting stoked!
It’s Saturday night. Our team will arrive at camp on Monday afternoon to begin preparations and getting everything together for camp starting the next day (Tuesday). Everything is ready now except to pick up some balloons and execute the plans.
Our family is not terribly used to the heat so you could pray for our little Koparan clan in that specifically, mostly that the kids would sleep well so that there days will go well so we (Erman and I) can spend most of it with campers instead of tantrums from fatigue. Hülya (Erman’s mom) will be coming with us to watch the kids which I am excited for, both for them to spend time together, for her to come in general and the flexibility that will give us.
We have 80 people registered and are very excited. We have many hopes and dreams for this camp. And I hope to update daily but we will see 😉
